To participate
in the Alexandria Mocha Moms 1st Annual May Flower Scholarship Pageant.
This is your first step toward making your child’s educational aspirations a reality.
The Pageant will be conducted under the Rules and Regulations as determined by Mocha Moms, Inc, Alexandria
Chapter. This is a scholarship pageant that serves as a fund-raiser for the Alexandria Chapter of Mocha Moms, Inc.

THERE
IS NO ENTRY FEE.
2.
This is not a beauty pageant. This is a scholarship
pageant. The winner will NOT be determined based on appearance. The winner will be the participant who raises the most money.
3.
All participants must be 18 years old or younger
and have not graduated high school as of May 14, 2005.
4.
All participants must be registered by a parent/legal
guardian or sponsor (i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles, God parents, etc.) Sponsors must be 18 years or older with the written
permission of the parent or guardian.
5.
All entry forms must be received by April 20, 2005,

6.
Participants are not required to attend coronation
ceremony to participate or win.
7.
All donations must be received by May 11, 2005.
Donations should be mailed to Alexandria Mocha Moms, PO Box 5974, Springfield, VA
22150. Please do not mail cash.
8.
Checks should be made payable to Mocha Moms, Inc.
If you receive cash, please submit a check or money order with a list of the donor’s name and address so that they may
be acknowledged for tax purposes.
9.
Post dated checks will not be accepted.
10. Participants will receive twenty-five (25%) of the money they raise.
